These Terms and Conditions relate to the supply of our training courses. References to "WTC" or "Us" are references to The Wealth Training Company LLP of 3rd Floor, Quartz House, 207 Providence Square, Mill Street, London, SE1 2EW. References to "Client" or "Clients" or "You" in this document are references to you, our customer.

A. You have requested a free ticket or have purchased a ticket from us to one of our training courses. 

You acknowledge that all content, workbooks, materials and systems taught on our live training courses or any materials you receive from us, whether written or verbal, are the property of and the copyright material of WTC.

You will not copy, make available or divulge to any unauthorised party any of the materials, notes, systems or teachings from our training courses or any materials you receive from us, whether for financial gain or not. By attending any of our training courses or requesting our training materials, you acknowledge that should you allow any of the Educational Materials to be made available to any unauthorised party then you will be liable to consequential legal action. No photocopies, audio, video or photographic recordings of seminars or any of the copyrighted materials are allowed without the written consent of WTC.

By attending any of our training courses you consent to your presence in any audio, video or photographic recordings officially arranged by WTC and you hereby waive any rights, claims or interest in the reproduction, distribution and exposure of any and all aforementioned recordings owned and possessed exclusively by WTC.

You consent to WTC using any testimonial that you may give in its business as WTC may see fit.

The Client understands that no advice or recommendations as to particular investments are given and that the information contained in our training courses and materials (the "Educational Material") is for educational purposes only. You acknowledge that it is not intended that you rely on the Educational Material in deciding to invest or in taking any particular financial decision without taking independent financial advice as to the suitability of such investment or decision in your particular circumstances. You consequently acknowledge that WTC shall not be liable for any loss or damage which you may incur as a result of any action or investment or financial decision you may take in the future following or as a result of your receipt or exposure to the Educational Material. The Educational Material (including all examples and illustrations given or made by WTC) is not and shall not be construed as any recommendation, solicitation, prediction or advice for your own actions in and dealing with investing, as the contents of the training courses and materials are strictly educational. You understand that the material taught by WTC is educational in nature. Our training courses are intended to educate participants about investing only.

Any complaints arising out of the Client's contract with WTC should be sent to its registered office at 3rd Floor, Quartz House, 207 Providence Square, Mill Street, London, SE1 2EW.

You confirm that you attend any WTC training course as a bona fide participant with a genuine interest in receiving the Educational Material to be provided by WTC and that you shall not use any such information obtained from WTC other than for bona fide educational purposes.

You shall not advertise or promote any business or any other activity at any TWC training course, including either before or subsequent to any training course. You consent to any leaflets or other material intended for such purposes being confiscated by WTC and being destroyed.

You will not, for a period of 2 years from the date of any WTC training course you attend, directly or indirectly, solicit or attempt to solicit work or seek to employ any servant or agent of WTC whom you may meet at any training course (or as a result of any training course) in any business activity in competition with the business of WTC.

If WTC considers your behaviour inappropriate at the training course, WTC reserves the right to ask you to leave the training course and if necessary to have you removed from the event. 

If the client has chosen to purchase a training course ticket, the price payable by the Client is set out on the web site.

Payment is due in full immediately on selecting to purchase a training course ticket.

WTC shall send confirmation of your purchase to the email address provided by you. We cannot guarantee your receipt of this email and it is your responsibility to check your junk folder and contact us using our details given on this page, if you do not receive your confirmation email.

In the rare situation that all available places are full at an event by the time you arrive, an alternative training course on a different date will be offered. 

The cancellation procedure set out on this page applies to all transactions unless precluded by law. 

The following terms apply where the sale is subject to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) 2000 ("DSR")

Where the DSR applies, these terms and conditions provide the relevant information contained in Regulation 7, before conclusion of the contract, together with information in durable form under Regulation 8.

The following statutory information is provided:

the identity of the supplier is The Wealth Training Company LLP (address set out above);

a description of the main characteristics of the goods and services is set out on our website where the goods and services were offered for sale;

the price of the services including all taxes is on the web site;

delivery costs - if any, these will be shown on the website;

the arrangements for payment, delivery or performance (see above);

there is a right of cancellation - the cancellation period begins with the day on which the Client agreed to accept the services and ends on the expiry of the period of fourteen working days beginning with the day after the day on which the consumer agreed to pay for the service in full or by payment plan.

Cancellation must be effected as a notice in writing or in another durable medium available and accessible to WTC which, however expressed, indicates the intention of the consumer to cancel the contract. If you do not adhere to this process, you lose the right to cancel;

there is no cost to you of using the means of distance communication other than at the basic rate;

the price at which the goods and services are offered remains valid only for the duration of the offer period, after which time it will lapse;

the address to which you may address any complaints is the address set out above;

On valid cancellation within the 14 day period allowed, any sum paid to WTC by a Client in respect of such purchase shall be repayable within thirty (30) days of WTC's receipt of the Client's notice of cancellation.

In the event that the Client cancels its purchase of the goods and servcies otherwise than within the time periods identified by this clause, WTC reserves the right to retain a reasonable amount of the payment provided by the Client for its purchase of the goods and services by way of compensation for the services already provided, time expended and the expense incurred by WTC in its entering into and/or its performance of its contract with the Client.

The following term applies in relation to any sale which is subject to the Consumer Protection (Contracts Concluded Away from Business Premises) Regulations 1997 ("Doorstep Selling Regulations")

Where the Doorstep Selling Regulations apply, we give you the following information: our name and details are set out at the top of this document.

You have a right to cancel this contract if you wish and that right can be exercised by sending a written notice of cancellation to the Managing Director of WTC at the address provided above within 14 days following the making of the contract. The notice should be addressed to Ms T Valujeva. 

WTC reserves the right to change the date and location of live training courses on reasonable notice to the Client. WTC also reserves the right to change any speakers advertised to be presenting at their training courses. In the unlikely situation of such change of date or location or speaker, no part of the sum payable in respect of the Client's purchase of the goods and services shall be repayable as the training course would be supplied in the form of video recording and an alternative speaker found where needed.

These Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the laws of England and Wales and any and all disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By applying for a place on the WTC training course you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
